Melissa is a veteran TAUC team member, working for TAUC for six years and displaying a dedicated loyalty and commitment to our Mission. Melissa works on our collection agency accounts as well as audits. Melissa takes the time to help her teammates whenever she is needed and has proven to be an invaluable asset to the billing team. Melissa is known for her reliability, exceptional work ethic, and accuracy. Both the billing department and TAUC are lucky to have an employee who embodies #impact, #efficiency, and #teamwork.
February 2024 - Zach Speckhals
Zach Speckhals’ dedication to TAUC and hard work has earned Zach the title of TAUC’s February, 2024 Hero. Zach consistently goes above and beyond to help patients and make his team feel comfortable to ask questions as needed. Zach has shown unwavering compassion towards patients and his teams every day. Zach’s team members describe him as friendly, a strong leader, and a positive role model.
January 2024 - Connor McClintock
Connor always leads his shifts with a positive and can-do attitude. Connor keeps the entire team motivated, working hard, and focussed on exceptional patient care. Connor is the first person in the room when patients come in with emergent complaints, and cares for these patients with skilled compassion. Connor is a patient trainer and is always willing to show newer techs a skill they haven't mastered yet.
December 2023 - Brittney Ewing
Brittney is probably one of the most impactful team players we have in Radium. Brittney watches out for and mentors all of the newer CT techs and assists them with their paperwork. Brittney has been doing an amazing job handling all of Radium's G1 and G2 applications and recently earned a partner to improve efficiency throughout TAUC. Brittney never complains about doing X-ray portions or traveling to further locations. Brittney is a real team player. # TEAMWORK
November 2023 - Jeannette Stiles
Jeannette is a team player and usually works at very busy TAUC locations. Her positive attitude and constant desire to care for others is unmatched. She is highly-responsive and will always find the answer, even if it means she needs to ask her BL or AOD.
October 2023 - Dan Uhlig
As one of TAUC's amazing providers, Dan is always there for the team. Dan's positive attitude, calm demeanor, and willingness to do anything for the team is a true testament to TAUC's patient-centered mission. Dan is well known for his willingness to mentor, enthusiastic positivity while training new employees, his approachable personality, and loves to define what "helping the patient" actually looks like. It is no surprise that Dan has been nominated as TAUC's October, 2023 HERO.
September 2023 - Angel Dale
It’s no surprise that Angel Dale was nominated for the September 2023 TAUC Hero award. Angel leans into every shift and leads by example with a level head and calm demeanor. Throughout her time with TAUC, she has always been goal oriented and focused on all that can be achieved. With unwavering compassion and dedication to exceptional patient care, Angel is one of our most seasoned Team Lead Apprentices and trainers. Any team member who works with Angel can be confident and comfortable in the fact that the shift will go off without a hitch.
August 2023 - Kelly Paglusch
Kelly is always willing to jump in and help with whatever is needed to help ensure that the clinics are able to see patients and does it with a smile on her face. Kelly is always striving to learn more to help make a more significant impact on the organization
July 2023 - Guadalupe Vargas
It should be no surprise that Guadalupe has been nominated as the July, 2023 TAUC Hero. Guadalupe has consistently had her TAUC Points and metrics well above baseline and has selflessly helped with TAUC's translation services. Not only does this serve for effective and compassionate communication, but it also comforts our Spanish-speaking patients while receiving fast, friendly, and affordable care. Additionally, Guadalupe is a hard worker who is always willing to help out the team. Guadalupe provides caring mentoring for the new team members regarding their performance and also prioritizes strategies to help all TAUC employees.
June 2023 - Ananda Keith
Ananda's positive and energetic devotion to her team and the TAUC family is why she makes the perfect TAUC Hero. Ananda's positive attitude has encouraged many X-ray techs to spread their wings and crosstrain into CT. Ananda never complains about where the patients need her the most and always places the patient first. Ananda takes on new challenges with a smile and excels at every task placed before her. May 2023 - Lane Quiller
Lane's hard work ethic and kindness to patients is what make him May's TAUC Hero. When you see "Lane Quiller '' on the schedule you already know that the day will run smoothly. Lane has made an impact on patients and his team by providing excellent care to each patient as well as being positive even on the most chaotic shifts. Lane has been described as a "stellar tech", "hardworking", and "efficient" by his teammates.
April 2023 - Heather Marsac
We are proud to present Heather as our April 2023 Hero. Heather is the model employee who numerous trainees, team leads, and providers look up to. Heather’s contagious positivity, energy, smile, and laugh alone changes the atmosphere during a shift for the better. When Heather is on the schedule, you know it's going to be a great day. Heather has achieved TLU, TLA, Clinical Training Team, Scribe, and Inventory Liaison so far and we cannot wait to see what opportunities she will master next.
March 2023 - Rachael Myers
Rachael is often named as the person you most want to work next to during any shift. Rachael's relentless positivity and her belief that hard shifts can still be fun in combination with her commitment to offering the best care available to our patients made her leadership's choice for the March honor.
February 2023 - Avery Scott
As the February, 2023 TAUC Hero, Avery has been described as friendly, amazing with trainees, and a “fabulous” leader who thrives at our busiest sites. Avery, as described by many of his peers, does a “great job all around.” Avery is known for his positive attitude, compassion for patients, and an eagerness to help develop our newest teammates.
January 2023 - Dotsy Ruwitch
Dotsy goes above and beyond to assist her team. A coworker of hers stated, “I would be very happy if every single one of my shift's was with Dotsy.” As the Team Lead, Dotsy leads in a calm but confident manner and consistently makes her team feel comfortable and motivated. Dotsy leads by example and hustles throughout the shift. She loves to recognize her teammates with Bonusly and never takes credit for the good job she has done. For these reasons, Dotsy has been nominated as our January 2023 TAUC Hero.
December 2022 - Tyler Terwilliger
Tyler's ambition, tenacity for perfection, and loyalty to her department is why she makes the perfect TAUC Hero. Tyler is dedicated to not only her job, but also to supporting her team in any area needed. She is a prime example of #impact, #effiency, and #teamwork. Tyler has never complained about taking on extra tasks, jumps into work immediately, and will work as much overtime that is needed to complete the task at hand. Her hard work, infectious laugh, bubbly personality, and stern but helpful demeanor on the phones has proven that she can excel at any task.
November 2022 - Jenna Windle
Jenna’s acute attention-to-detail, unrelenting motivation, and resolute sense of integrity are just a few qualities that make her such an outstanding team member. Jenna maintains a standard of excellence as she provides compassionate patient care and a supportive training experience for our new team members. TAUC history to-date, earning the G1, G4 (Trainer), R1, #2 Overall for TAUC Points in reception, and now TAUC Hero.
October 2022 - David Buchinsky
David shows up every day, ready to make a difference. As both a PF and a TLA, David is known for his sound judgment and is considered by his peers to be an amazing addition to the TAUC team. David’s credibility among the staff, caring demeanor with the newer staff, and highly impactful relationships with TAUC’s providers elevate the entire team. David is a true health care professional.
September 2022 - Jordan Wooton
Jordan leads his team with a great combination of relentless positivity and calming equanimity. He is on TAUC’s Training Team and is currently in training for both TLU and IL. He enjoys teaching our new clinical team members and consistently invests his knowledge in the TAUC heroes of the future. Jordan is always willing to help the team and our patients in every way he can.
August 2022 - Jaime Cameron
Jaime has been a beacon of positivity since she joined the TAUC family in April of 2019. Since then, Jaime has mastered TLA, ensured constant patient readiness at TAUC 16, has been developing our Clinical Team as a go-to trainer, introduces the joy of a new career in our TA EMT School as an adjunct/preceptor, and continues to take advantage of TAUC’s vast advancement opportunities. Jaime is a sterling example of why patients choose TAUC.
