The TAUC Pay Scale creates a clear and consistent path for your achievements.
For hard-working, dedicated achievers, there are $10/hr of raises available over the first few years (on top of the base rates). Several raises are available in the first year.
Below are example paths of achievements and the corresponding raises you can earn on top of the Base Rates at TAUC. These show cumulative effects for earning achievements & maintaining the associated requirements. There are many different paths depending on your skills, attitude, timing, and availability. Again, the below are just examples. For instance, in the "Clinical Techs" example below, it assumes that when you achieve IL, you already achieved and have maintained "TLA" and "C2", so you have earned a hourly rate (which applies to all hours worked) of $3.50 above the Base Rate. At this time, we are considering applicants for TLA, TLU, ScribeU, and Trainers. We're good with Lab Techs for now. Also, we’re good with Inventory Liaisons (ILs) for existing sites, so applications will be considered for the new locations.
All training (including training for other positions) and certification materials must be completed on or before the 15th of the month. For Clinical Tech positions, the CTAT reviews and analyzes the candidates for the Selection Process before the next month schedule is created. Thus, submit your application on the 15th of the Month or earlier for consideration.

We offer the G1 & G2 testing each month for those who have reached eligibility and submitted an application on or before the 15th of the month. To apply for the Two Month Training Team, at least earn the G1 first, ideally more.

For the G3 and G4 achievements, apply when you are ready for this new opportunity and stay in touch with the Front Desk Leadership Team regarding feedback and openings.
