TAUC Points: We want to create a fair, objective, and two-way system to reward Time & Attendance.
Most people work their shifts and find coverage when needed. It's the best option and the simplest.
Protocol: What should I do if I'm causing an open shift or leave early? (2 steps)
1) Group text Scheduler (331-551-8282), Brigade Leader, and today's Admin on Duty at least an hour before shift starts or before leaving.
2) Scan the Documentation to the "TAUC Points" folder from any TAUC scanner before or during the next shift back.
Protocol: What should I do if I'm going to be late? (1 step) (The goal is to be 10-20 minutes early to every shift)
1) Call the Team Lead as a heads up. (If the Team Lead doesn't answer or if you are the Team Lead, call the site so someone at the site knows, or call the AoD so the team can be aware).
-The purpose is to give the team a heads up and for the team not to have to worry where you are.
