The Fight for Awesome.
We all want to work at a place that is awesome. Who grows up saying they want to work at a lame place? No one. Exactly. We recruit and hire the best, even when we're growing rapidly and we're the underdogs compared to the hospital giants. We provide care with a smile, even when it's the 87th patient that day and it's our 11th straight shift. We solve problems, even when it's the weekend and it's not in the job description. Because we fight for awesome. We take the initiative, lead by example, welcome new team members, and care for patients.
We are in this quest together. What can you do to help?
One way is to keep finding solutions on how to make TAUC even better. This page helps make it possible for any team member to provide feedback regarding a) potential ideas or existing issues and b) possible solutions. TAUC is all about solutions. Thus, rather than just providing feedback, please also provide a possible solution. Adding your name is important because we often have follow-up questions, so we can brainstorm, discuss, and create the best potential solution. We all care and work hard. Let's think of solutions together.
Bringing about change is more than submitting an idea. Anyone can submit an idea. Please help be a part of the discussion, implementation, and communication. At the minimum, you'll help share an idea and hear some of the reasoning for current or alternate approaches. We provide the link to view all survey feedback and responses. Of course, we reserve the right to delete any mean-spirited ideas, but overall we trust people - we fundamentally believe people (especially people in the TAUC Family) are good and that we all work hard and care a lot.
