Part-Time Request
We are thrilled to have your experience on the TAUC Team, and thank you for making part-time work with your schedule. At TAUC, we have higher standards for Part-Timers than most healthcare facilities because of the quality of our team and the outstanding benefits. With how in-depth and involved our roles are, team members are simply better able to help patients and the team when they work more. Pay
As you are aware, the “Full-time $1.00” applies when people are full-time. Thus, your pay rate will be updated for hours after you have transitioned to part-time.
If/when you come back full-time in the future, you will earn the “Full-time $1.00” when full-time.
Further great news—your TAUC tenure will continue to grow because it counts all time at TAUC since your start date.

Consistently meeting expectations:
Performance
TAUC Points (must be above baseline)
Metrics (must be above baseline)
Have maintained a full-time status for 6 months to one year
