When you meet our December Hero for the first time, it is easy to assume that Mary is just that really nice person you know you are going to enjoy working with but don't let her easy-going demeanor fool you. Mary's tenacity and commitment to providing exceptional care, learning from and teaching her coworkers, and desire to achieve is why she has not only succeeded at TAUC but exceeded everyone's initial expectations of excellence. Mary has conquered her TLA, IL and Team Lead roles and as far as we can tell, there is no limit to were this Hero's cape is going to allow her to soar.
