If you have ever worked with Cassondra, you know that she is what we like to think of as an "accomplisher" . Task lists, call backs, rounding, cleaning and just about anything else that it takes to keep a shift running smoothly is always in focus. That achievement orientation combined with Cassondra's commitment to the values and mission of Total Access is evident in each and every shift....and even her facebook posts. TAUC benefits greatly from her commitment to personal best and achievements as this go-getter has climbed the ranks to achieve her TLA, Inventory Liaison, G1, TL and is on the Training Team for G4. Great job Cassondra on being chosen by the staff as the February Hero! We cannot wait to see what's next.
